Another bright new year is upon us. As you might be about to embark on some life changes, remember BABY STEPS!
So, what are the rules for Baby Steps?
- Establish small routines first and then work up to more items. Don’t try to do a full-blown routine the very first day.
- Consistency is the key to all of this. Routines do not happen over night. It is the result of tiny changes over several months. BabySteps! If you try to accomplish this without taking the Baby Steps, your habits will not be everlasting. Habits have to become automatic, a part of you, for them to be life changing.
- Take your time and enjoy the process. Don’t feel pressured to do it all at once. This is worth going slow. It doesn’t matter if you miss one day; just jump in and keep taking those Baby Steps. It is the practice that makes it work.
Take your time with this! Don’t go too fast or try to jump ahead.
